Description
This is a very rare bird, as you have to go to the arctic circle to get it! Iittala has a store in what is called "Santa Claus' Village" located on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland. The birds sold there are signed "Napapiirin" rather than the usual "Nuutajrvi". The Toikka Kuukkeli was only available there from 1986-1987, and it's clear head mimics that of its icy beginnings.
