This glass-blown bird has a soft, mottled plumage dotted with light pink and yellow spots. Its green-brown wings flank its side and meet at a broad, translucent tail. Capped with a light pink head and a coned green bill, this plump bird is confident, proud, and stunning. On the base of every bird is the signature of the artist, Oiva Toikka, and of his studio in Nuutajärvi, Finland.
