Looking down through the crystal clear head gives a view of how the maker artfully brought together the delicate blue scallops that give the perfect illusion of feathers. Around the neck is the darkest blue from which the slightly lighter blue precise scallops fade into the lightest of blues as the scallops widen and flatten out towards the bottom of the snowy white bird.
