Each bird carries the artist's signature on its base, signifying that it is a unique piece of artglass, hand-made at iittala's glassworks in Nuutajärvi, Finland.

The sleeping summer grouse is a handcrafted, mouth-blown work of art! The approximate size is 3-1/2” tall and 7” long. Limited production of only 1,200. “Finn Fest 2005” is engraved on bottom of each bird.
