The large Circoli Bird is an elegant, yet dynamic, work of art. Unlike other Vigna Birds, the large Circoli is asymmetrical the shape of the head and body are slightly different. There is a surprising detail that is revealed under the polished black glass: the interior is an interweaving of opaque and transparent glass creating a gentle play of light and color. The tail exposes a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Murano glass craftsmanship the crystal glass inside looks like ice water. Upon lifting this piece you will realize the many layers of glass used in its creation - it's substantial in weight.

Each Vigna Bird is individually handcrafted by master glassblowers at iittalas renowned glassworks in Nuutajrvi, Finland. The time-intensive process of forming, cutting, and polishing each bird showcases the skill of these craftsmen.
