Damaged items will promptly be replaced; however, damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Undamaged items or customers exchanging products due to customer error or "change of mind" will bear the cost of returning items to us, including insurance to cover loss or breakage.
All returned items must be in new, resalable condition in their original packaging.
Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
